WattPlot™ Ordering Process
The WattPlot™ software suite is available for purchase, but please, don't buy it until you try it. (It's a lot easier that way, trust us.)

WattPlot Monitor 5.0 License Order
WattPlot™ Monitor 5.1 is our flagship product. It is the premium monitoring tool for monitoring OutBack renewable energy systems, incorporating real-time pen-plots, snapshot views of all system values every second, and many other summary views. It includes the functionality of most other WattPlot 5 tools (including NetMATE and VisualMATE), as well as compatibility with the MATE3, original MATE, and AXS Port devices.
The PRO version includes:
- a powerful Automatic Actions capability
- support for multiple MATEs simultaneously monitored
- all WattPlot SumMATE functionality
- MATE3 settings programming (with MATE3 USB card)
- system maintenance logging
- sophisticated data diagnostics tools, and more!
Here's our recommended ordering process:
- Download WattPlot Monitor. It is the same program download, whether you are considering WattPlot or WattPlot PRO.
- Run the setup program, then run WattPlot.
- If you entered your email settings then you can request an Automatic Trial Activation. Otherwise, email your Unique PC ID to us yourself.
- We will send you a one-time Activation Code, good for 15 (or more) days of the fully functional product. (Note: Trial period starts from when we send out the code, not from when you first use it.)
- After a few days, if you want an unlimited license, you may choose to acquire a WattPlot or WattPlot PRO license. (What's the PRO difference?)
- To acquire the license, simply purchase the appropriate permanent activation code, using one of the following methods:

Universities and other organizations requiring a quote/purchase order/invoice:
Most WattPlot orders are completed same day. Bureaucracies requiring quotes, supplier information forms, purchase orders, invoices, etc. have taken up to a year(!) to complete a transaction, with emails, faxes, and postage back and forth. For this reason, we now quote an additional $25 processing fee for transactions requiring excessive paperwork.
- Upon receipt of payment, we will send you a permanent Activation Code, good for any combination of inverters (FXs or Radians), charge controllers (MXs or FMs), and/or FLEXnet DC monitor, talking to a single OutBack MATE or MATE3 at any one time. (A PRO license is good for any number of simultaneous MATEs.)
- A paper receipt will be mailed to you, on request only. Just send us your mailing address.
If you have already purchased a standard WattPlot license, it is easy to upgrade that copy to WattPlot PRO from this page!

It also has WattPlot's built-in TCP/IP Server functionality, allowing multiple systems to access your datastream.

WattPlot™ NetMATE is part of our WattPlot 5 suite of software tools. It is designed to provide TCP/IP Server functionality to your MATE or MATE3 device, allowing multiple systems to access your datastream. It also has a built-in email facility so that you get key notifications as soon as they happen.

WattPlot SumMATE License Order
